REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS AND REFUND
Before you return TheJadeTree product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Our products are handcrafted, therefore, each product is unique and slightly different from the other. Natural stones & pearls are always different from each other. All our products go through quality control before shipping. Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in the exact same way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and tag must not be tampered with.)
4 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
1. Please inform us within 3 calendar days of receipt of order. You must email on:email@example.com to notify us. ONLY EMAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS/REPLACEMENT/REFUND AND NO OTHER FORM OF COMMUNICATION.
2. Before we ACCEPT your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, please send us a photograph of the product in the exact same way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and tag must not be tampered with.) This will help us to ascertain the reason and extent of damage. It is at the sole discretion of the TheJadeTree QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
3. Once our Quality Control team has approved the return for the damaged/incorrect product, we will accept the return of the product. We shall notify you via email.
4. Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall exchange it for the fresh / correct product.
Please note: We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
1. Packages lost in transit, payment will be refunded within 15 business days into mode of payment received.
2. Fresh product for replacement or the raw materials to make the fresh product for replacement are not in stock.
1. If you have given an incorrect or outdated delivery address, no refund will be made
2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent and/or if package is refused by recipient, no refund will be made
3. If product is returned in a used or damaged condition, no refund with be made.
4. Minor colour and design variations are possible All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website. Hence requests for replacement/refund on these grounds will not be accepted.
5. Sizing issues- Please read the product description carefully before making your purchase. All information regarding the product is mentioned in the product details. Should you have any queries before buying the product, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.. Once you have bought the product, it is understood that you have read the details and you accept them.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA
Shipping in India is paid by the client or unless specified by the TheJadeTree. All shipping charges if applicable would be mentioned at the time of “check out” and or upon confirming the order from our website.
Some orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be shipped between 10-15 working days.
For shipments delivered outside Kolkata (West Bengal), the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
Orders shipped are delivered within 7-10 business days. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any govt. interventions or natural causes, etc.
Standard Shipping – All shipping charges are either paid by the customer or included in the cost or can be waived off in case of a marketing promo. TheJadeTree reserves the right to amend/edit and use whichever is applicable at any given point of time. Standard shipping charges as per weight is determined.
Orders delivered to remote areas might have an additional charge
Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might have additional charges and might take longer than usual to get delivered.
SHIPPING INFORMATION – INTERNATIONAL
International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via our authorised shipping partners. All transit times are Monday to Friday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs formalities.

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, kindly place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 15 working days of placing the order by you, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to manufacture it.
While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
